About Our Policy
Our workshops required a great deal of pre-planning, including ordering supplies and tools, booking staff, and making commitments to pay our instructions, when applicable. When participates ask to cancel or reschedule at the last minute, we lose money - and as a small business, we are unable to absorb these costs and still keep our classes affordable.
In fairness to all of our customers, we are unable to make exceptions to our policy, including for reasons, illness, travel or work hours. If you are unable to attend a workshop at the last minute, we suggest giving your spot to a friend.
Thank you for understand and supporting your local small business!

Pottery Policy
Sometimes a little kiln magic happens! Heat, glaze, and fire can create surprises — tiny chips or color shifts are part of the handmade charm. Each piece is one-of-a-kind, and while we do our best, we can’t guarantee picture-perfect results. That’s the beauty of pottery — perfectly imperfect!
Please note: due to the nature of pottery and the firing process, all sales are final and no refunds can be given.
