Learn the building blocks of crochet in this beginner-friendly class designed to set you up for success. We’ll walk through the essential stitches—chain, single crochet, half double crochet, and double crochet—giving you the core skills needed to tackle just about any crochet project.

During class, you’ll create a simple and functional dishcloth while gaining confidence with each stitch. These foundational techniques are the basis for all crochet patterns, so once you’ve mastered them, the possibilities are endless.

Each participant will receive a full starter kit, including 100% cotton yarn, a crochet hook, stitch markers, and a printed dishcloth pattern to continue practicing at home. One skein of yarn is enough to make at least two dishcloths.

Please note: While these skills can be applied to projects like plushies in the future, this class is focused on mastering the basics and creating a practical, beginner-friendly piece.
