Home Platter Painting with SJ Design

Turn your home into a one-of-a-kind keepsake! In this special pottery painting workshop, you’ll paint a beautiful pre-fired bisque platter featuring a hand-sketched illustration of your home.

Before class, Sarah Jane will carefully pre-sketch your home’s outline onto your platter using a photo you provide. During the workshop, all you have to do is choose your colors, paint your design, and make it uniquely yours—no drawing experience required!

Once your piece is complete, we’ll glaze and kiln-fire it, creating a functional, food-safe platter you’ll treasure for years to come or gift to someone special.

AFTER REGISTERING PLEASE EMAIL THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION to info@lamesaboutique.com:

1. Photo of the front of your home

2. The last name or phrase that you want on the top of the plate. (Please include quotes around the word you’d like, for example if you want to say “The Smith’s” make sure you include the word “the”

3. The year that you’d like on the bottom of the plate (please be sure to include the full year, For example, "2002”, not just "02”

This class is BYOB, so feel free to bring your favorite wine, cocktail, or non-alcoholic drink to sip while you paint. No experience needed—step-by-step instruction will guide you through the entire process, and all supplies are provided.
